Many outside tournament directors begin booking dates a year or more in advance.
Any requests or agreements must go through our Lead Tournament Coordinator (Jesse Barrows) who will look at our tournament calendar for available dates to match your tournament needs (group size, preferred format, playing time, course preference, contests, food and/or alcohol catering, etc.).
