A good opening hole. It gives you a chance to get loose and still make par. Any drive in the fairway will do. Your second shot can finish anywhere in the fairway except behind the signature Spruce Tree in the middle of the fairway. Longer hitters have a good chance for birdie. The approach shot needs to be below the hole. Anything past leaves a slippery downhill putt that's tough to stop near the hole. Don't go over the green!
