Instructions on how to make a tee time
To make a tee time, call 384-6675, 24 hours per day
We offer a minimum of 2, a maximum of 4 players per tee time reservations. Singles can come out the day of play and be paired with a group, or be put on our waiting list.
We ask that you check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. If you do not check in 30 minutes prior, you may lose your tee time.
For your convenience, we are happy to announce we will be using an automated tee-time system via phone. We have four telephone lines specifically for handling tee times. The same server handles both courses.
In order to make an advanced tee-time (up to four days prior for Civilians, six days prior for military) you must have a PIN number to access the system.
If you do not have a PIN number military, retired military, DOD & NAF must come in person to the Moose Run Golf Course, Golf Shop and fill out a PIN number form.

There is no charge for this service, which is valid from April 1st through March 31st of the following year.After you have been assigned your PIN #, you are ready to call for tee times. Call in times are as follows:
Military, retired military, DOD & NAF can start calling in six days prior to play at 00:01. Civilians, four days prior starting at 00:01.
