How to get started
For your convenience, we are happy to announce we will be using an automated tee-time system via phone. We have four telephone lines specifically for handling tee times. The same server handles both courses.
In order to make an advanced tee-time you must have a PIN number to access the system.
If you do not have a PIN number military, retired military, DOD & NAF must come in person to the Moose Run Golf Course's or Eagleglen Golf Course's, Golf Shop and fill out a PIN number form.

There is no charge for this service, which is valid from April 1st through March 31st of the following year.After you have been assigned your PIN #, you are ready to call for tee times. Call in times are as follows:
