Frequent Player Cards purchased in 2011 may be use at either Moose Run Golf Course or Eagleglen Golf Course, due to joint basing. For Civilians, the Hill Course will have its own Frequent Player Card. (For military, it is the same rate for all three golf courses).

Joint Basing came to Elmendorf AFB and Ft Richardson as  a result  of the 2005 Defense Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission, Elmendorf Air Force Base and Fort Richardson, became a single installation as of October 2010.

Elmendorf and Fort Richardson are among 26 other installations across the country being combined into 12 joint bases. Per Congressional Order by the President of the United States of America.

Both Moose Run Golf Course and Eagleglen Golf Course are part of the Community Services Flight, 673rd Air Base Wing - Home of America's Arctic Warriors.
